Carpet makes a comeback (John Lewis)
John Lewis is delighted to introduce two exciting new 100% wool carpet ranges for 2009:
Tribeca (£30m2) is as practical as it is beautiful, making it ideal for use in a teenage or child’s bedroom that has to double up as playroom.
Tribeca Stripe is available in four vibrant colourways – mango, mineral and coral. For a more neutral palette, choose from the eight colour options in the Tribeca Plain collection.
Residence (£24m2) is a sophisticated combination of colour, pattern and texture. Available in 12 colourways, including fashionable smoke, charcoal and olive green as well as the classic neutral tones of biscuit and taupe, it is a perfect way to update your decor without breaking the bank.

Carpet search engine helps you find the right carpet. (Primrose Mill Contracts LLP)
Primrose Mill Contracts has launched a new search engine to make light work of finding the perfect carpet for you.
With hundreds of carpets on offer, the search engine creates a shortlist with the features you are looking for. For example, if you are looking for a beige carpet, with a loop pile, suitable for the stairs, a shortlist of 18 carpets will appear to make your choice easier.
There are eight characteristics you can choose from including colour, suitability, texture, style, pile fibres, pile weight, width & price range.
